Over more than a decade at Verizon, I have progressed from frontline sales into multi-state executive leadership. Today, I lead an Upper Midwest B2B organization spanning Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and portions of Wisconsin and Illinois.

My work sits at the intersection of revenue growth, talent development, commercial execution, and organizational change. I am at my best when the mandate is complex: align leaders, clarify the operating model, raise capability, and create a system people can execute consistently.

Inherited an underperforming team and finished the first full year as Director ranked #1 in the West in outbound-sourced growth, at 117.6% of quota.

The shift from a store-embedded support model to a fully field-based, hunter-first go-to-market intensified new-customer acquisition, in-person selling, pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and leader participation in customer appointments. Outbound-sourced customer growth is up 22% year over year and fixed-wireless revenue up 23%.
